Our CSR approach


CAP towards a sustainable business

In collaboration with the entire team and stakeholders, we defined 38 priority objectives aimed at achieving a successful CSR approach within 3 years.

Four major challenges are the cornerstone of our strategy:

  • Environmental practices
  • Salary practices
  • Socio-economic practices
  • Ethical practices.

Our priority objectives

We want to develop, but in a sustainable way, taking into account the common environment that is our precious planet.​

Our first indicators

We started our initiative in mid-2021. After a difficult period related to Covid and then a significant recovery in the last quarter, here are the foundations of our approach with some key indicators related to our commitments.

Our environmental commitments

Over the next two years, we must focus our efforts on developing our partnership with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, public authorities) in order to make our approach more constructive and collaborative.



Switching to LED lighting, optimizing air conditioning systems and water consumption. Managing internal waste and waste specific to nautical activities with recycling programs. Drastic reduction in paper consumption, etc.

Among the 36 actions defined by the team, 10 are related to environmental issues.

We have decided to prioritize action in this area, focusing on our impact on our business both inside and outside the company. 


Our social commitments

Employee well-being is the second priority area of our CSR strategy.

We will continue our process of continuous improvement focused on employee satisfaction, skills development, and our attractiveness as an employer in order to recruit new talent.


We have set ourselves a target of 90% employee satisfaction rate in 2023.

We have set ourselves a target of achieving a 90% customer satisfaction rate by the end of 2023.

Social and socio-economic issues​

The expertise of our teams and our team spirit are the two main strengths of our company.

Naturally, we strive to strengthen the HR and ethical dimension within the company. 


What's next?

2022 and 2023 will be the years in which we will develop closer collaboration with all stakeholders (customers, suppliers, public authorities, etc.)

We are going to get involved in the local community, create partnerships, and raise awareness locally, particularly among young people, about the challenges of sustainable development.

We are going to undertake a discussion about learning and training at the local level.
